About Us
History

CMH Medical Transportation was established in January 2016 in honor of the owner's father, Charles Michael Hoffman.  His brave battle, one he ultimately lost inspired his son Ben to create a family based transportation service for patients who face challenges in getting to and from their medical appointments.

Mission

CMH Medical Transportation's mission is to give superior non-emergency medical transportation to every patient in need.  CMH will accomplish this mission by treating each patient with compassion, and respect.  CMH's staff will earn the trust of each patient and their loved ones by taking every measure to ensure a safe and comfortable transport.  Building that trust also includes being reliable.  Patients riding with CMH will never worry about making their appointments on time or wonder when their driver will return to take the patient back home. CMH employee's will be personable and get to know each patient, and their family.  As a private company CMH does not have the state or federal funding but refuses to take advantage of a demographic on a set income by over charging patients.  Each patient will be treated as if they were a member of our family.

Patient Care

Patient care is CMH Medical Transportation's number one priority from the time the patient is scheduled to the time the patient is returned from the appointment.  Many larger transport companies will schedule more patients than it can handle for profit, making the patient suffer as they wait hours to be returned.  CMH will in fact refuse to transport if it will compromise costumer service by causing patients to wait.  Patients utilizing CMH will find a more personable experience, with cleaner, more comfortable vehicles, and drivers that will treat each patient with dignity and compassion.  The patient is taken directly to and from each appointment, not having to make stops to drop off multiple patients.  Every measure is taken to insure the convivence, comfort, and safety of each patient.
